Teen Internship Opportunities
An internship at the St. Joe County Public Library is a chance to give back to the community while also gaining real life experience in an energetic and challenging environment.
Plus you get to work with some awesome librarians!
Opportunities open to high school students in grades 9-12.

The Youth Services Teen Internship position works closely with the library's Youth Services Staff to bring activities and resources to children, teens, and families at the Main Library.

The Western Teen Internship position works closely with the library's Youth Engagement Associate Librarian to bring activities and resources to children, teens, and families at the Western Branch Library.

The River Park Teen Internship position works closely with the library's Youth Engagement Associate Librarian to bring activities and resources to children, teens, and families at the River Park Branch Library.

The Tutt Teen Internship position works closely with the library's Youth Engagement Associate Librarian to bring activities and resources to children, teens, and families at the Tutt Branch Library.

The Youth/Children Programming Undergraduate Internship position works closely with the library's Youth Services Librarians to assist with systemwide programming and community outreach efforts.

The Youth/Children Experiences Undergraduate Internship position works closely with the library's Youth Services Librarians to help develop summer experiences for youth and their families.

The Rural Community Engagement Undergraduate Internship position works closely with the Branch Managers of the Lakeville and North Liberty libraries to help promote recreational reading and library services to patrons of all ages.

The Graphic Design and Marketing Undergraduate Internship position works closely with the library's Communications Department helping producing and distributing print material, creating multimedia content, and designing art library communications.

The Local History Undergraduate Internship position works closely with the library's Local and Family History Department to assist with preserving, researching, and writing about local history.
